STUDENT COMPLAINT POLICY
Dear Students:
Lifeline Institute is approved and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).
The TWC-assigned school number is: [INSERT SCHOOL NUMBER].
The school’s programs are approved by TWC, and we are monitored by other Texas state agencies as well as national accrediting agencies.
Students who have a grievance concerning the school or any of its educational programs should make their complaint known to the Director or other appropriate school official. The school will make every effort to resolve the complaint internally.
If the school is unable to resolve your complaint, you have the right to submit a complaint to TWC.
